Privacy

The short version: we don't collect your data. Inset Offset is a static website with no accounts and no server storing your information.

What we collect

Nothing that identifies you. There are no sign-ups, no logins and no forms that send your details to us. You can use the whole tool without giving us a name, an email address or anything else.

Your term dates and saved windows

The dates you enter and any windows you save are stored only in your browser's local storage, on your own device. They never leave it and we can't see them. Clearing your browser data removes them; using a different device starts fresh.

Calendar reminders

When you add a booking reminder, your browser downloads a calendar file (.ics) that you add to your own calendar. It's a plain reminder — not live price tracking — and nothing is sent to us.

Affiliate links

If a link is an affiliate link, we label it next to the link. It costs you nothing extra. If you follow any link to a travel site, that site may set its own cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy. We never share your details with them, because we don't hold any.

Cookies and analytics

We don't set tracking cookies. We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across sites, and never sees the dates you enter.
